Should I appoint an advocate or an online company to register an LLP for me. I am a single guy who wants to start a company. So as I have read the LLP Act 2008 I need a partner, for that I may rope in my brother. I have also read the article /articles/procedure-for-registering-llp-in-india-2575.asp#.Uy6eiYWXK-0 and the procedure seems simple and online too. Also as far as I have researched it takes around Rs. 1000 - 1500 to complete the registration (for under 1L investment). But Most companies ask around Rs. 10K or more.
So I want to know if Sole Proprietorship is good for me or should I proceed to LLP. I want a registered company. And do I need an advocate to prepare documents like incorporation doc and others or I will be able to do it myself.
