Did you receive intimation u/s 143(1)? You might have to file rectification u/s 154 to make the necessary correction in the assessement. Section 245 is for adjusting refund with outstanding tax payable.

Mr Arunachal please 26AS - all tax credits in 26AS only will be taken by dept.
If it is not there please ask your deductor to rectify his TDS return urgently.
Only if it is there in 26AS then file Rectificaation. Otherwise no point replying to notice u/s 245
