If a sports association (Constitution - AOP ) hires professionals coaches on its pay roll for training students, TDS will be deducted under 194 J or 192 B???

If the coaches are been paid monthly salary, then TDS u/s 192 will apply.

If he has billing of Professional charges then its is chargeable u/s 194j. If he has get monthly salary then come under u/s 192. Its has depended of which type working now
