Deloitte consulting job in ic&r dept.

Hi, Iam a CA-Final student and I have applied for a job in Deloitte Consulting pvt ltd. And having passed through the initial rounds, they sent me a job descripttion regarding my job which is basically audit team in Independence, compliance and risk department ( IC&R). I have been advised to be prepared for the above by reading about IC&R. Can anyone please advice me on where to read on the above. I have searched through the internet but got only random answers. There is no clear source in my auditing in CA final as well. Please help. Siddharth
