Maximum leave for an article?
My employer considers 1.2 days for 1 day attendance in the office and that means 1.2*6=7.2 days for a week ...means 42 hours a week ....... so from the above information plz tell me that how many total leave can i get.

In Yours Case ,
1year = 438days & 3year = 1314
Therefore
Permissible Leave = 188 Days (1314/7)
