A TDS Challan for Q3 was paid in the Nov 2012 and the same again in August 2013 was paid with interest.
We have claimed the August, 2013 challan.
But the Nov 2012 challan was unclaimed till date.
Please help regarding the UNCLAIMED challan to get REFUND and the Procedure for the same

DEAR IF YOU HAVE NOT CLAIM THE TDS PAID THAN TDS DEPOSITED TO BE TERMED AS EXCESS DEPOSITED THE SAME CAN BE CLAIMED AS REFUND BY FILLING FROM 26B
