Is there any problem in uploading service tax return, actually i have uploaded ST-3 today, it cannot be uploaded as the error shows that " Uploaded XML structure is not valid, please verify the structure or log a complaint to service tax."
Please clarify as soon as possible.

This issue has started since 3 days, though the latest utility file was used. Send a mail to aces.servicedesk @ icegate.gov.in. You may not get a response nor you can reach servicedesk over phone :) as it is always busy. But they would atleast know the magnitude of the issue.

It is not possible today to fill ST3 return on-line, due to slow speed. Also returns with multiple details are hard to fill on-line due to constant log-off issues.
Upload facility is showing the same error as mentioned here. Any solutions???

I think currently the ACES website is not accepting return, as the SAVE button is not active.
If any one is able to upload, using any tweak, then let us know.
