Thank for sharing such valuable information.

My doubt is, regarding Whether share holders can remove the first auditor, who was appointed by the BOD, without the prior approval from Central Govt. or Prior Approval is madatory under new companies act, 2013.

Please clarify me.

Hi,  I applied for OPC and letter i have received for incorporation from Government Of India. Now i have question i applied from one of chartered accountant for OPC they have send me mail for 3 things.

Now that you're up and running there are certain compliances that need to be completed within 30 days of incorporation and are listed below:

  1. Auditor Appointment
  2. Issuance of Shares to Directors
  3. Conducting the Very First Board Meeting.

These 3 process is compulsory for OPC ?
