15 August 2013Remuneration payable to the Statutory Central and Branch Auditors of Public Sector Banks from the year 2012-13 has been revised.

My query is bank has paid fees as per previous schedule fees .
Whether we have to raise additional bill for difference amount or bank themselves credit it or it is not available for this year or any another answer

Refer the date of your appointment and the letter stating your fees and the date from which the statutory limits were revised.
If the limits were revised after your fees decided and letter of appointment then you cannot ask for additional fees then decided as the resoltuion was already passed by banks for such issue.
else in other case you can but bank may hesitate for it.

Any additional fee for certification fuction of any statutory branch audit will be receivable from bank. Pl advise.
