kindly help to calculate the late payment of tds of Rs.926/- which was deducted in paymnet of party on 13.04.13 but till date it is not deposited in income tax department.

Interest on late deposit tds = Rs 926*1.5% *5/12= Rs 6

hi..jasamine part of the month considered as full month. Interest rate is 1.5% pm i.e 926*1.5/100*5/12=5.78 i.e RS 6/-
