I have submitted original ST3 for the quater July12 to Sep-12 on 02.04.2013 which due date was 30/04/2013. Now I find the above return needs some changes. Can I file revise return for the same quater?

As per Rule 4 of STR,1994, ST return can be revised within 90 days of filling , since you have filed original Return on Apr 4,2013 ....you cannot revise the same...

Dear Sir,
I have filed NIL return for July 12 to September 12 on 10/04/2013 .
However, by oversight (MISTAKE) in the Utilisation of service tax column also mentioned NIL . actually we have utilised Service amount for payment of Excise Duty during the quarter.
Now my question is
1. Can i file a revised return?
2. While filing ST 3 return for October 2012 to March 2013 can we show correct utilisation for the period?
3. What will be the consequences for mistake in the return filed at the time of audit?
