Hey, Thereis Nothing like strict or Lineant Checking Process as understood by students by & large. 

Checking Process is Uniform whatever type of Paper is easy or toygh, Yes there is a Possible difference in allowing Grace Marks for Moderation of Results. So dont worry & Yes Every correct Step & calculation is awarded 1/2 or 1 mark based on the Total marks allotted to the Question. 

As for FR I have attempted only 65 Marks & I am expecting 40+, So  if   you have attempted 85 Marks be sure you will Get 45+ in FR.

 Hey relax..undoubtedly marks are awarded for steps..If steps are correct nd as u said you attended 85 mrks..gettin 40+ is easy..M telling through my exprience..All The Best

can i get the pass marks this time and i attempted for 100marks in law and audting
