About pan card for proprietor concern

	Respected All, I have query that my client is holding PAN in his name and he has his company which is Proprietor ship and the same company has current account in bank in his company name. Now, My client want PAN for his Company which is proprietorship means he is a proprietor of that company. So, is it possible to get PAN for his Company ? And what are the documents are required which Form No is to filed, and if any one has Form in Excel format so please share it . Thank you.. To ALL.

In case of sole proprietorship concern, PAN will be in the name of proprietor only.

                             Actually,there is no  PAN card for proprietory concern separately.PAN is given to individual.But as per IT Act,Proprietary concern is not a person.So the individual PAN of Proprietor must be used for the concern and no separate PAN is issued.

Yes there is No Requirement for Pan Card Copy about Proprietorship

     Moreover in case of Proprietary ship Business will be Carried on by Proprietor

but in cases like a proprietrey firm supplying material to railways and defence they ask for a seperate pancard only for buisness purpose, so when buisness is stopped the person should retain which of he 2 pan cards
