Taxation= MK gupta (every concepts defined easily with examples)--- contains latest amendments
Or Ajay jains tax book if u want to finish it quickly
Company law== best is Pratice Manual ,it will really fetch u 60+,questions will be directly from there
for it,audit,=refer pratice manual
cost,fm,accounts,advance =just pratice Pratice manual at least 2 or 3 times ,
Pratice manual will really help u clear the IPCC exm in 1st shot...
