CAN ANYONE PLEASE GUIDE ME TO LEGAL REQUIREMENTS TO START A CLOTH TRADING BUSINESS.

I AM QUITE PERPLEXED IN ATTAINING T.I.N. AS SOME SITES ASKED ME TO QUOTE it, REGARDING VAT TRANSACTIONs AS BUYER CAN BE FROM ANY CITY FROM INDIA.

I HAVE A BRAND NAME AND EVEN A LOGO BOTH ARE UNREGISTERED AND I WANT TO REGISTER THEM SO THAT ONLY I HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE THEM BOTH, LEGALLY.

I JUST HAVE A PAN CARD, PLEASE TELL IF ANY OTHER FORM OR LEGAL REQUIREMENT TOO I SHOULD FILE.

SO PLEASE CORRECT ME AND PLEASE GUIDE ME IF ANY ONE CAN.

Dont bother of unprofessional answers. Pl follow below procedure. However I am not a CA but have interest in doing Business thats why I have gatherd knowledge of it.

Your require below things :-

LLP Business registartion / Sole Proprietor

Sales Tax registration (DVAT) - Only if your anual turnover is more than 10 Lac

CST registration :- It is compulsary if you want to sell your products in whole India (mens other than your base state)

After this you have to apply for Current Account with any Bank, ICICI bank is very helpful and fast processing in operning current Account for new Business man.

After this you have to get a Website Cretaed.,

After that you have to take a payment gateway from LIke :- CC Avenues, EBS, Pay U etc and get it integrated with your website.
