Responsibility is for management, but at the end of the day, we tell the entries and they pass it..so pretty much our duty!! :-P

Agreed fully!!!!!! But most of the time we feel its better to prepare than to teach them... Especially when they don even know about accounts of their own books how can they prepare financials...... We are only signing right???????? Can't afford to take risk!!!!!!!!
