Annual Return in Form 20B with in 60 days of AGM under section 159
Balance Sheet in Form 23AC with in 30 days of AGM under section 220
Profit and Loss Account in Form 23ACA within 30 days of AGM
Where annual general meeting has not been held, the return is required to be filed within the specified dates from the date on which the annual general meeting should have been held;
