Tax liability of a dth distributor

Hello everybody,

        A client of mine is a DTH distributor whose ITR4 is to be filed. He is facing problem in following phases:

1. Nature of business (what is to be filled)

2. Is he liable for audit?

3. He has other business of recharges also then how will be his tax liability be calculated??
