It Says latest by 9 today...no where its written that it will be declared tomorrow

jis bhi stdnt ka result favourable na aaye woh mujhe kabhi bhi call kar sakta ahi... only for pcc...iss se mujhe bhi honsla melega...

It happens rarely. When my friend gave his first attempt in IPCC, his total marks in group-1 was 199. One more mark and he'd have passed but he didnt get any grace marks
