@ Anoop, wait for few days as results are declared on 7 th aug, and as u said u have scored 196 in your last attempt there are more chances that you will clear this time, so you can join articleship.

guys wait till 16th aug, as one more notification is going to come regarding admission and fees for graduates and there might be some more clarification on some issues

Piyush, I completed degree, cleared CPT and waiting for IPCC Result. is there any sources that ICAI going to raise this issue in coming notification. 

no chance at all as u have Cleared CPT and appeared IPCC,this notification is for the students who are graduates and who doesn't want to go for CPT, and it is applicable from 1 st aug 2012 as you are Registered Earlier you don't have any issue, and note one thing it is optional for students to go for Direct IPCC after Graduation if they want go for CPT they can give.
