Share holder and Form 20B

When does a share holder become a share holder? Where can I see the data? Is it available in the MCA website?

In the Form 20B, the date of appointment is given. But it doesn't show which date, share holder percentage etc.

Is there any other form?

Yes Form 20B is the destination to know.  If not available then Form 20B has been filed wrongly or you have not viewed it perfectly.
