if it exceed 10lacs u have to charge service tax,

That is very true sameer.
but my question is whether any exemption notification is abated this service from being liable for service tax.
like vise recent amendments let for exemption of educational services if they are auxilaries.
Whether this language learning skills and personality development covered under this auxilary education services or not ??

i feel it is the main business of ur company of providing the education service for a course where the cerficate is nt issued under any recognised authority under the present law
so it required to implement on ur service
