my client is UK citizen & he is not holding PAN. now he want to trf fund from NRO to NRE account. so how to file form 15CA with Income tax department.

HI,

I want to tranfer fund from my own nro account to nre account, so in that case the remitter and remittee name, PAN card and country will be same on the form 15 CA?

Is that ok?

Hi,

I need to transfer funds from my nro account to nre account. since i am the account holder for both my name, PAN card country etc will be the same in the remitter and remittee details on the 15 CA form. Is that Ok?
