Can you please let me know what would be cost of incorporation of Pvt Ltd Company with the MCA of Form 1A,1,18,32, Stamp Duty etc. for a Company:
1) Has 4 directors(including 3 foreign nationals)
2) Capital of 8 crores
If ayn other details are required, please let me know.
Obviously once it is formed, it'll have to apply for PAN card, TAN no., VAT regn, CST regn, Service Tax Regn., Profession Tax Regn etc. but what I'm looking for is an estimate only of Company Formation exps with the MCA..
Fees for
Form 1A- Rs.1000
Form 18 Rs.300
Form 32 Rs.300
DIN Fees for 4 Directors = Rs.400
Form 1 Fees is depending upon Capital, (pls check in MCA site)

Thanks! What if an LLP is formed instead of a Pvt Ltd for the same type and no. of directors and same capital? What is the fee structure?
total cost(roc as well as professional fees) for incorporating a pvt ltd. company may range btwn 5000 to 7500...
