sir, according to me the c form must have received in gross amount, i.e including net amt,cst and other any charges incureed, it will be equal to invoice amount.

Thank you Krishna,

We have received it excluding tax that is, Invoice amt less Tax ,

I had  a word with my dealer but he's saying his CA has given the certificate and say's it is correct as in any case 2% CST is appliacle on all C Forms so it does not matter that declaration is given with or without tax ,but i am of the opinion that declaration should be given for the invoice amount.

Dear sir,

1. I want to know about if we want to issue the form-c by department, which amount we take its basic amt or net (including everything).

2. If we have we have cancelled a c-form how to submitt in deptt & what is format & processor.

With Regards

D.d.

C from Value will be gross invoce value including Value of Goods, Frieght Charges- if CST has charged on it, and CST @ 2%
