	Hi , I am preparing for IPCC Nov 2012 exam, as I were registered in Jan-2011 and already get coaching last year and given Nove-2011 attempt and got failed, Now I am going to preparing for nov-2012.I wnt to know that Is new study material should I buy from ICAI or go for any other reference books, as my experience of last coaching is not so good except in Taxation.

	you should buy reference books both accounts and fm - p c tulsian cost- saxena vijay law- munish bhandari ehtics and communication - ajay jain it - dinesh madan sm - nitesh kumar or ps rathore audit - surbhi bansal in tax must refer amendments and rtp for nov 2012
