Most of the state due date is 20 the day of the succeeding Month except Maharashtra it is 21st day.

RETURN MUST BE FILED ELECTRONICALLY WITHIN 25 DAYS OF END OF THE MONTH.
PAYAMENT OF TAX & FILING OF HARD COPY OF RETURN ON MONTHLY BASIS WITHIN 28 DAYS FROM THE END OF THE MONTH.
