please go to any nearest NSDL office and request for help, they will probably help you

check ur spam mail folder

or else call nsdl number is available on their site 

register your company with other id login details it will allow you to make other accounts, like incometaxindia.gov.in it is not that rigid.. hence your work will be done by making new login.. this time put some details like verification code to proper mob no. and email account etc.
