Inter is not a level,it is the erstwhile name of 2nd level in CA course,which is now IPCC...

PCC & IPCC Only ->Within Last 6 months.
Others ->Within Last 12 Months

I have passed ipcc both group in nov. 2010 and joined articleship in april 2010, can i give attempt in may 2013.

no, u can appear in nov 13,.....completion of 2yr f artclcp is only for pe2 stdnts n not 4 us....
