Please let me know if a Pvt. Ltd. Company has taken a vehicle loan by creation of charge and the same charge gets satisfied on 12.03.2012, what will be the last date for efiling of Form 17 without applying for condonation of delay to CLB???
It's urgent, so request your prompt reply.

April 12, 2012 will be the last day without any penality and May 12, 2012 will be the last date with penality. There after the company will have to go for condonation of delay.
