Ca final exam registration problem online

Dear friends,

i filled in details to create login id and submitted but didn't get the login id and password on my mail id or mobile and tried clicking didn't get password but its saying that password already sent to my mail id but i have not yet recd any mail or sms tried calling the helpline but no use always busy

iam from bangalore its for ipcc exams

pls help me if you know any other way to solve the problem

Check your Spam once.

i lost 1250 beacause of it.poor icai technology.poor management everywhere.

this is hapenning due to server error and confirmed by sify services, the site manager...in my case i made the payment online but the pdf was not generated until 2 hours..after logging on the site, the form was appearing instead of the pdf..

fill the form in the internet explorer and enable the pop up blocker and disable the cookies and try and try to fill the form in night.

u will get it back... send a mail for refund to icai at the mail address given at the homepage of the exam application site

I filled the form, made the payment, got message Transaction successful. But then another message is displayed on site, "Due to System Maintenances registration services will not available between 10 to 10:30 PM" now, how will I get the PDF form for taking print?

Refund claim toh we'll claim, once we make the payment again..

how to make payment again online once the pdf is already generated????

Don't panic you are a CA level students. Don't you deal with these kind of situations everyday in your office.

Just wait for a day if you get any response on your browser.

Try another browser if reciept is not generated or a virus free PC (as someone suggested before that also)

Sometimes problem is in server and sometimes problem is in your machine (PC).

Try correct both ends and do read guidelines before filling form and FAQs too. Its important to know before hand what to do in these situations

hey guys for those who dont g8 payment details in the pdf generated just wi8 4 few hours and generate the pdf again..u will find d details of ur payment in that pdf..dnt wry..i had same prob bt it g8s resolved in few hours..

All of who did exam fee payment more than 1 time can get refund within 45 days from ICAI.

And try to make  payment after 11 o'clock at night. so that there is no blockage of side. I did the same.
