Tds should dedeuct on hotel bill

Dear member

 

I have doubt regarding the TDS on hotel bill, If we are organiser and we met the player accommodation bills and we pay the same, then shuld we deduct the TDS on hotel bills or not

 if yes under which section we will deduct the tds.

tds willl be deducted if bill exceed RS 1,80,000 as consider TDS on rent under sec 194i @ 10%
