I want pay late file penalty but i have no idea Duty code which is code of penalty so please advoice me any asap.

Penulty for late filling of er 1 return
For non filing of return the penlty is per day 100 Rs. or maximum Rs. 20,000/- whichaver is higher as per Rule 12(6) of Central Excise Rule, 2002.
