Income tax efilling registration

I have registered one of the clients in Income tax e-filing website.Two days later I have received emails intimating that the Email, password and secret question of the registered user has been changed.As I didn't  intimate to anyone about password and secret question , how it was possible and what i have to do to regain userID and password?...............Thanks in advance
