U/s 196 govt. dept.s exempted from tds dedn. how to fill in

The govt. depts. are exempted from TDS U/s 196.

As per recent circular the I.T. Dept. wants information about the interest paid whether TDS Deducted or not.

While filing 26Q if you fill interest column you have to indicate reasons for lower/higher deduction column sl.no.25/(428).

? to indicate.... ? are you doing.

Please let me know. for the I time i am facing this problem.
