download the intimation processed by cpc NOT POSSIBLE

It is not possible, you have to send a mail to ask @ incometaxindia.gov.in or call to CPC Bangalore for resend the same mail

the helpline is non-functional 

CPC is of no use 

Go to ward office and talk to the concerned officer

goto incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and login goto myaccount under this menu its has option 143(1) refund request there u can request for intimation sent by CPC.:)
