Ipcc study strategy

I plan to appear for the IPCC exams in May 2012. I work in a multinational company as a Team lead with a very hectic schedule. Some times I come back home not before 3:00 am in the morning. This leaves me very tired to even think of studying. I had started to study in office itself for a couple of days, but stopped purely beacuse of my lazyness. Now a days I have long meetings with too many action items for my team so all my energy goes there in closing out those. I don't want to quite my job. Can you guide me with a study plan that can help me out here.
I have literally done nothing so far. The only time free that I have is in the morning between 10:30 to 12:00. My office timings are 2:30 to 12:00. But at times get stretched to 1 or even 2 am in the night. I do have an off on Saturdays and Sundays.
I am really concerned as I want to do this course badly.

You must be real smart, like 99 % percenter and an ace throughout your acedemic career. if u have a strong base in accounts then you need not worry. but tax, cost, fm requires revision again and again. one and a half hour is real short. practice tax everyday in this hour as u have no coaching or college you will need a good reading to understand some concepts, do vinod singhania thoroughly.

on saturday and sunday Focus on costing and FM and Law. Don't study from Insti material, as again you have no coaching and college so, the insti material will make you nuts, focus on problems more as it will help you clear your concept- padukas is a good book to start with.

Do Accounts as and when you feel like. as I understand you already have a background in this.
