Communication of results after verification

HI.. can anyone tell me when will i get informed about my results after verification of marks? I applied for verification on 25th August itself. Also by what means they communicate us?

With in one month of declaration of results , students has to apply for verification. 

From there , Institute will take another one month for reply.

Can u tell me by what means they communicate us? By e-mail or post? Bcoz the last date for applying for December exams are 26th of this month.
