Hii.. friends

I am looking on information for registration of new Partnership Firm. I want to know how a new partnership firm can be registered. What is procedure for that.... Which are the dcouments needs to be prepared & submitted...... To whom & where all this registration has to be done......

First u have to get a PARTNERSHIP DEED prepared, mentioning therein the details of partners, their respective share in loss and profit, prospective business, address and other details of firm (it may b get prepard frm any advocate). Then get it signed by all the partners and by required independent witness. Then get it registerd by the registrar of firms. (registratn is optional in some states, u better check this point in ur state). Aftr registrtn (if requird in your state) your FIRM has been incorporatd.

Please note registration is optional in some states, u better check this point.
