YES,, You have to specify all the things which wrer paid to employees,
If tax is deducted then such amount also be mentioned.,

No TAX and TDS Deduction by the company.
then below mention detail Is right or wrong in Form 16A ???
1. a) Salary as per provisions contained in section 17(1) - 19000 (with HRA& MA x 12 month)
4. Deduction
a) HRA - 2500 X12 month
b) MA - 1500 X 12 month
8. Gross Total Income - 1-4 (i.e. 19000-4000 x 12 month)
