Can any NRI Give loan to Pvt Ltd Company (its Urgent please)

Thanks. Still, even we presume that the loan recd. by the company qualifies for ECB under automatic route(In such cases the company does not have to inform RBI as the bankers themselves informs to RBI on receipt of money in foreign exchange).In such case what will be remedy for extension.

Where a pvt ltd having two directors both are NRI. 

1.Amounts trasferred From their sister concern in U K  for meet out expenses of that pvt ltd in india. Can it be considered as unsecured Loan.

2.Amt Transferred from UK to Pvt Ltd Compnay by Directors from their personnel Account . Can it be considered as Loan From Directors or Deposit u/s 58.

 3.Is there any provision of transfer pricing hit to these transactions.

if the nri is the director of the company than my questions:

whether he can give loan from his nre account

or can give loan from his nro account

or indian co can issue ncd to nri against the money received from his nre or nro account.

do the end use shall be checked for the loan,if yes than whether the money can be used for servicing the interest taken from the bank to development of town ship.
