TDS chart and service tax rates in FY 2011-2012

Hello All Can any one please help me for getting the right chart of TDS rate for the FY 2011-2012.?

Also, there is any change in Service Tax rates in India in the FY 2011-2012.?

I have to put this chart on my table so if possible please send me excel file link or from where I'll get the right information on TDS rates and service tax rates according to FY 2011-2012.

Dear sir,

please give me one advice about the TDS . Suppose A Co. supplied job to B Co.for job work. Amt.is less than 30000/- is it applicable for tds deducted on B co.bill, so please clarify
