ODI Part III to be submitted to AD bank at the tine of Disinvestment and APR is ( Annual Performact Review) will be submitted every year to AD bank till we are holding investment in the overseas subsidiary.
There is three Part of ODI
Part I : To be filled at the time of Invesment
Part II : APR ( Every year till we hold the investment) Pl Note it is not required for Step down Subdiary
Part II : At the time of Disinvestment.
