As depreciation is not allowed on land. But if flat is purchased and consolidated amount is paid for land and construction, whether depreciation is allowed on total flat value or land value to be deducted on notional value. Please give some supporitng material , whether it is given in any circular or decided in case or explanation given in Income tax act.
