Depreciation
In CA Final SFM subject, leasing chapter- Friends, I have seen in many sums where residual value is given still not deducted for calculation of depreciation, why so???
and when written down value method is to be used, residual value is required to be deducted ???

First of all, u tell me that, u solve sum from leasee's perspective or lessor's perspective?
