I came to know that lot of newly qualified chartered accountants are unemployed. Please share with me when will this situation change for the better? If IFRS convergence takes place will there be an increase in demand for Indian chartered accountants? Please share your views.

there are lot of opportunites for CA in the field of finance.it is better u pass and speak.
there are enoromous opportunites.if u do no have faith in CA,then leave the course.whatever one does do ,should have faith,

convergence of IFRS:with or without convergence of IFRS.there are many opportunites.there are many options for CA.

Concentrate on C.A. Sudy.
There is always Job for Knowledgable C.A. C.A. is a person who beat very one in the amount of Knowledge is possess. This is the only teaching given by ICAI. ICAI teach that in life you need update yourself with the change environment and fight challenges with your knowledge.
The only thing remember chase for knowledge Job will chase you. Today still there is a scarcity of experts in particular feilds.
