If sale exceeds 60 lakh . do we have to submit the audit report along with the dvat return or some other procedure is there?

Dear Abhay,
If, in respect of any particular year, the gross turnover of a dealer exceeds forty lakh rupees or such other amount as may be prescribed, then, such dealer shall get his accounts in respect of such year audited .
A true copy of such report shall be furnished by such dealer to the Commissioner within twenty eight days from the end of the tax period ending on 31st December of the following year:
ie Audited Accounts has to be submitted by 28th Jan 2013 in respect of FY 2011-12.
