Deloitte interview

hello every one..i recently got an email from deloitte for an interview..the interview rounds what they said were jam session, hr interview and communication skills..i want to know will there be aptitude test in the process.? i would be glad if i can get some tips how to crack the interview..

one of my friends went and he told me that first there willl be a grp discussion and a written test paper

after that u will be selected for interview
