sir/mam, can we supply goods through delivery challan to another state for jobwork and final bill will be made after the completion of work.

Yes, the first movement will be based on delivery challan (format not defined yet) and goods will be returned under the same challan reference. This will be followed by taxable invoice from the job worker for the processing charges. To my understanding, the same procedure as in 57F(4) of erstwhile Central Excise Rules.

Answer remains the same!! In that case, the invoice will not be termed Tax Invoice. You will have to pay GST under RCM.

Agreed, getting regsitered is mandatory for Inter State transactions.

in inter state transition registration is must.. if the purchaser is govt or public society.. then what. they dont have any gst no. or tin no.
