Is it possible to apply for condonation of delay in case of late filing of CRA-4 Form beyond section 403 limit?
If yes , can somebody please guide me the procedure for applying to condonation of delay .

Yes if Form CRA 4 is not filed by the Company within 30 days of receipt of Form CRA 3, then Company has to apply for condonation by filing compounding application pursuant to Section 441 of the Companies Act 2013 subject to contravention of section 403 of the Companies Act 2013
